Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Email our support team and we’ll look into it with you. To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • A brief description of the issue (lost package or damage on arrival)
  • Clear photographs of any damage to the package or contents, if applicable

Cancellations
